Brian Wellington is a Consulting Director and Civil Engineer at ERM since 2025 and has been a Senior Engineer at NewFields since 2002. Brian earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University between 1998 and 2002, and previously obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam, studying from 1994 to 1996. Earlier in their education, Brian completed a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at Fourah Bay College University of Sierra Leone from 1987 to 1991.
