Caitlin Hamer

Caitlin Hamer is a Senior Consultant at Epsilon Associates, Inc., specializing in the offshore wind industry and environmental permitting. Previously, they served as a Senior Scientist at ERM, focusing on federal and state permitting for energy projects. Caitlin has a diverse background in marine ecology and fisheries management, having worked with organizations such as the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries and the Smithsonian Institution. They hold a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Hampshire.
