Carole McLellan

Carole McLellan is currently the HSEQ Senior Lead at ERM, where they focus on workplace safety and emergency response. With a distinguished BSc in Occupational Safety & Health and extensive experience in Environment, Health, and Safety management across various companies, including Texas Instruments and Diodes Incorporated, Carole has developed expertise in EHS auditing, occupational hygiene, and ISO management systems. Prior to their current role, they served as a Principal EHS Consultant at ERM and held multiple managerial positions at Texas Instruments. Carole's academic accomplishments include a BSc in Environmental Biology/Ecology from the University of Paisley and a second degree in Occupational Safety & Health from the University of the West of Scotland.
