Catriona Macdonald

Catriona Macdonald is a Managing Technical Consultant in the Social Sustainability team at ERM, where they manage socio-economic inputs to environmental impact assessments for major infrastructure projects in the renewables sector. Previously, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Arup, specializing in socio-economic assessments for transport and energy projects, and as a Socio-economist at AECOM, focusing on policy research and impact assessments. Catriona earned their PhD in Economic and Social History from the University of Glasgow, where they also held roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and completed an MSc in Social History with distinction.
