Charissa Tomlin is a Partner and the Mine Approvals and Closure Team Leader at ERM, bringing extensive experience in environmental approvals, planning, management, auditing, and compliance across various sectors, including mining, infrastructure, and agriculture. Having worked on numerous Environmental and Social Impact Assessments and Management Plans, Charissa has successfully guided projects from inception to closure in both Australia and South Africa. Their expertise in rehabilitation and closure is underscored by significant secondments with Tier 1 mining companies, as well as leadership in developing Closure and Rehabilitation Studies and Progressive Rehabilitation and Closure Plans. Charissa is also an Accredited Mental Health First Aider, equipped to provide initial support in mental health crises.
