Claudia Solaini is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) consulting and project management, currently serving as a Partner and Team Lead for Mergers & Acquisitions and Operational Performance at ERM since March 2015. Claudia has a strong background in managing EHS assessments and projects in the manufacturing sector, particularly within the Consumer Goods and Food & Beverages industries. Prior roles include Project Manager at CH2M HILL, where Claudia focused on EHS compliance for large industrial groups, and Senior Consultant at URS with expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment and EHS audits in M&A operations. Claudia started their career as an EHS Internal Auditor at Finmeccanica. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Environment from Università Bocconi and a degree in Political Sciences from Sapienza Università di Roma.
