Dave Innes

Dave Innes is a Principal Technical Consultant at ERM, specializing in the social and economic impacts of environmental projects across EMEA, with a focus on the transition to a low carbon future. Prior to this role, Dave served as an Associate Director in Economic Consulting at RSM UK, leading evaluations for public and third sector clients. At the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, Dave was the Head of Economics, managing economic policy work related to the labor market and social security. Previous positions include roles at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and as an Economic Analyst at London Economics Ltd, as well as an ODI Fellow in Rwanda. Dave holds an MSc in Economics of Developing Countries and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
