David Hart is a Partner at Environmental Resources Management since June 2021 and has been a Director at E4tech since January 2001, focusing on strategic consulting in sustainable energy, particularly hydrogen energy and fuel cell technologies. Hart serves as a Visiting Professor at the Centre for Environmental Policy at Imperial College London and holds the position of Chair of the Steering Committee for the Grove Fuel Cell Symposium.
