David Milburn (MCIEEM) is a Senior Ecologist currently working with ERM, where they specialize in onshore renewables. They joined ERM as part of Arcus Consulting in January 2021. Previously, David served as a Consultant Ecologist at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure from 2018 to 2022, and as a Biodiversity Technical Officer and Environmental Monitoring Officer at the Environment Agency between 2016 and 2017. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Liverpool John Moores University, graduating with an Upper Second Class honor.
