David Murtha

David Murtha is a Consulting Director at Environmental Resources Management, bringing forty-five years of experience in multi-media and multi-regulatory environmental compliance and engineering. David's career began at PEI Associates, Inc., where they progressed from junior scientist to Director of the Ambient Air & Fugitive Emissions Measurement Division. David also held positions at Metcalf & Eddy of New York, Inc. as the East Region Director for Air Quality Services, and at Radian Corporation as Senior Program Manager for air quality practices in New York. In addition to their current role, David has managed nationwide environmental compliance assurance practices and has a strong academic background, holding a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from California University of Pennsylvania.
