David W. Turner

David W. Turner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in environmental health and safety, management, and consulting. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at ERM since May 2021, David has previously held senior roles at GE, including Senior Service Manager and EHS Professional/Manager, and has extensive experience as a Lean Practitioner at DRÄXLMAIER Group. Additionally, David has operated as a Scuba Diving Instructor since 2011 and served on the Board of Trustees for Byron Union School District from 2016 to 2020. Educational credentials include a BA in Government from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from East Carolina University, complemented by exceptional training in nuclear reactor operations and physics through the US Navy's Nuclear Power program.
