Devon Shaffer, CIH, has a strong dedication to enhancing worker health and safety while promoting environmental remediation. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Consultant at ERM since 2025, Devon has previously held roles as an EHS Lead Specialist at DuPont from 2019 to 2022 and an EHS Specialist at Mackin Consultancy Ltd from 2018 to 2019. Devon also contributed as an Industrial Hygienist with the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health between 2016 and 2018 and has experience as a Global Industrial Hygiene SME at Milestone @ Meta from 2022 to 2025. Devon earned a Bachelor of Science in Pollution Science and a Master of Public Health in Occupational and Environmental Health Industrial Hygiene from the University of Arizona.
