Elspeth Mackenzie is a Principal Heritage Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, providing historic and Indigenous cultural heritage management services since June 2016. Mackenzie has extensive experience in heritage assessments, impact statements, management plans, and conservation advice, as well as project delivery and client relationship management.
