Eric Helders is a Managing Technical Consultant in Safety at ERM, where they develop and implement innovative Safety & Risk programs. Previously, they held the role of Director of Environmental, Safety and Industrial Hygiene Services at PHASE Associates from 2012 to 2018, and served as Sr. EHS Manager at Sims Metal from 2018 to 2021. With extensive expertise in EHS management, they have also worked as a Department Manager at Severn Trent Services and an Environmental Consultant/Project Manager at LEW Corporation. Eric is currently pursuing a BS in Environmental Studies at Stockton University.
