Esther T. has extensive international experience in the analysis, implementation, and management of corporate sustainability, specializing in water stewardship and partnership management. They worked as a Project Coordinator at the Institut of Research and Debate on Governance from 2009 to 2010 and later served as a Staff Research Associate at Freie Universität Berlin until 2014. Currently, Esther is a Managing Technical Consultant focused on Water Stewardship at ERM, where they also lead the Global Water Technical Community. Their previous roles include Junior Advisor and Sustainable Development Advisor at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, as well as positions at the Bremen Overseas Research and Development Association and the University of Cape Town.
