Frauke Kadasch is currently the ESG Advisory Team Lead at ERM (Environmental Resources Management) in Germany, where they oversee a diverse range of sustainability initiatives. Previously, Frauke held various positions at ERM from 2016 to 2021, culminating in the role of Principal Consultant leading the Carbon Digital Hub in Berlin. They began their professional journey as an intern at ClimatePartner Deutschland GmbH from 2011 to 2012, and gained further experience as a Praktikant with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in 2009-2010. Frauke earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus, completing their studies in 2012 and 2008, respectively.
