Gary Bacon, PE, MBA, is a Consulting Director on ERM’s Global Digital Services Team, where they focus on helping clients improve their businesses. Previously, they served as a Senior Management Consultant at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services from 2016 to 2025 and were the Senior Vice President and Strategic Environmental Consulting Leader for North America at ARCADIS from 1987 to 2016. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration in Quality Management from Fordham University.
