Gavin Mahi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental management and investment analysis. Currently serving as an M&A Managing Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since February 2022, Gavin previously held the role of ESG Investment Professional on secondment at Permira from July 2022 to December 2023. Prior to that, Gavin worked as an Analyst at Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC from April 2018 to February 2022, and at Langham Hall from April 2017 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as an Analyst at Matrix 4 Capital from December 2015 to March 2017, a Consultant at Deloitte in early 2016, and a Renewables Intern at Mott MacDonald in 2013. Gavin holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from UCL, in addition to having completed A Levels at Langley Park School for Boys.
