Gemma Rodriguez is a Principal Consultant in Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change at ERM, where they focus on delivering initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and values. Previously, Gemma held the position of Manager in Sustainability Services at Point Advisory, and served as a Business Partner in Finance and Operations at Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters for a decade. Gemma earned a Bachelor in Economics from Universidad CEU San Pablo and an Undergraduate Certificate in Sustainable Practice from TAFE NSW, where they graduated with distinction. Passionate about corporate responsibility and sustainability, Gemma leverages their finance background to create strategies that benefit both the environment and the bottom line.
