Gemma Williams

Gemma Williams is a strategic HR leader and transformation expert with extensive experience in people strategy and innovation. They served as the Resourcing Transformation Project Lead at HFH Healthcare, establishing a comprehensive resourcing approach. Currently, Gemma is the Global HR Director for Centres of Excellence and Transformation at ERM, where they continue to drive HR initiatives. Previously, they held various roles, including Strategic Capability Lead at Government Digital Service and Digital People Strategy Lead at Lloyds Banking Group. Gemma graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Business and HRM from the University of Greenwich.
