Gillian Gregory

Gillian Gregory, PhD, is an accomplished mine closure and social performance practitioner with over 14 years of experience in major projects across Latin America, Canada, and beyond. Currently an Associate Partner at ERM and an Adjunct Professor at Universidad de Los Andes, Gillian specializes in integrating socioeconomic and cultural aspects into mine closure planning. They have previously held roles as a Senior Researcher at The Firelight Group and a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, among others. With experience in diverse countries, Gillian is fluent in English and Spanish, enhancing their ability to tackle complex environmental and social challenges globally.
