Heather Moore

Heather Moore serves as a Principal Consultant and Project Manager at ERM since February 2023, following a tenure as a Senior Marine Biologist at ICF. With extensive experience in marine biology and environmental science, Heather has specialized in NEPA compliance, conducting evaluations of Environmental Impact Statements and Offshore Wind projects. Prior roles include Natural Resource Specialist/Project Manager at Ecological Consulting Services, where project management for restoration initiatives was a focus, and Environmental Educator and Program Coordinator at Teen Socialize With Education, emphasizing youth education in marine biology and conservation. Heather has also contributed as an Environmental Historic Preservation Specialist at FEMA, a biologist with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and held various roles with the US EPA and other organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and advocacy. Heather's educational background includes a BS in Marine Biology from Hawaii Pacific University and an MS in Environmental Science from LaCrosse University.
