Ir Stephen Pang is a Principal Consultant in Process Safety and Technical Risk at ERM, bringing over 10 years of experience in process safety and risk management. They are a Fellow and Chartered Engineer with the UK IChemE and hold certifications as a Functional Safety Professional. Stephen has expertise in conducting various risk assessments and managing complex safety studies for international capital projects, including chemical and oil refinery plants. They began their career as a Research Engineer at Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, focusing on optimizing reactor performance, and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
