Isabel Griffiths

Isabel Griffiths is a Senior Consultant at ERM, specializing in environmental consultancy since 2024. A graduate of the University of Leeds, Isabel earned a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Zoology in 2017. Previously, they served as an Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Officer for the Southern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority from 2020 to 2023, where they led intelligence efforts and engaged with stakeholders. Isabel also gained experience in wildlife guidance and marine conservation through various roles, including as a Wildlife Guide with SeaMôr Dolphin Watching and a Research Intern at the Sea Watch Foundation. Their strong communication skills have been honed through roles in hospitality and volunteering.
