Jacqui Good

Jacqui Good is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of sustainability, climate change, and client service innovation. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Client Service Innovation at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since 2011, Jacqui focuses on re-envisioning commercial and delivery approaches to meet client needs. Previously, Jacqui held the position of Marketing Manager, responsible for thought leadership, communications, brand management, and marketing efforts across Africa and the Middle East. Jacqui’s career at ERM began as a Sustainability & Climate Change Consultant, working on projects involving climate risk and adaptation strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Climate Change Adaptation Consultant at C4 EcoSolutions, where project documentation was created for climate change initiatives funded by the UNDP and UNEP. Jacqui holds a B.Sc (Hons) and B.Sc in Zoology from the University of Cape Town.
