James Archer has over three decades of experience in environmental management and sustainability. As a Partner at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since September 1988, James has contributed to the growth of client services and accounts globally, particularly focusing on establishing ERM offices in East Africa. In previous roles, including Project Director and Senior Project Manager, James successfully managed Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and sustainability assessments for Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Additionally, as a Wilderness Flying Advisor for Loisaba Wilderness in Kenya since January 2012, James has utilized extensive expertise in wilderness flying to develop a Wilderness Flying Program. James holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree from Boston University.
