James Cusiter

James Cusiter is a Principal Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, where they have been since 2025, following their role as a Managing Consultant from 2021 to 2025. With a strong background in EHS from an industrial port context, James holds a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management and has experience in managing EHS compliance programs and audits. Previously, James worked as an HSE Adviser at the Port of Cromarty Firth and as a Junior Environmentalist at TOTAL, where their responsibilities included writing reports, conducting site inspections, and providing guidance on environmental legislation. James earned a Master of Science in Oceanography from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor of Science in Marine and Freshwater Biology from the University of Glasgow.
