Jenny Broughton

Jenny Broughton is an experienced leadership development professional currently serving as the Global Head of Leadership Development at Haleon since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of the company’s leadership development strategy. Prior to this role, Broughton held various positions at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from May 2014, including Global Leadership Development Manager and Global Head of Leadership & Talent, focusing on transforming and aligning leadership development strategies with business needs. Previous experience includes serving as Global Talent Manager for British American Tobacco, Global Talent Management Partner for Ipsos, and establishing the Learning and Development function for Synovate in Greater China. Broughton holds a 2.1 degree in Psychology from Durham University.
