Joanna Molik is currently the Country Manager for ERM in Poland, the world's largest advisory firm focused on sustainability. Joanna has extensive experience in sustainability and ESG, having previously served as the Sustainability & ESG Lead at Microsoft, where they drove positive impact through innovative solutions. Joanna's career includes roles at Accenture and the Sol Ipsis Institute, where they provided strategic guidance in sustainable transformation. Educated with a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Poznan University of Technology, Joanna is known for building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration while being an industry thought leader and keynote speaker on topics such as sustainability and innovation.
