JoAnne Sahli

JoAnne Sahli is currently an Associate Partner at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, where they focus on sustainability strategy and responsible supply chain management. Previously, JoAnne held roles as Principal Consultant and Manager of Corporate and Supply Chain Sustainability Strategy at ERM from 2021 to 2025. They spent over a decade at McMaster-Carr as a Supply Chain Operations Specialist and earlier served as General Sales Manager at Waldenbooks. JoAnne earned a dual Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Accounting, followed by an MBA in International Business and an MS in Supply Chain Management, all from Baldwin Wallace University and Elmhurst University. Additionally, JoAnne is an Adjunct Professor at Baldwin Wallace University, where they share their expertise in sustainability and supply chain operations.
