Jon Connelly

Jon Connelly, PWS, serves as the Health & Safety Director for ERM’s Atlantic Central Business Unit, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering a culture that prioritizes employee well-being. With extensive experience in ecological project management, Jon has held several roles, including technical reviewer of health and safety plans and senior scientist, where expertise in biological assessments, technical writing, and mentorship has been key. Previous experience at LEC Environmental Consultants, Inc. as a Wetland/Wildlife Field Technician contributed to a solid foundation in environmental consulting. Jon holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Eastern University and has pursued further education in Geographic Information Systems and soil sciences, complementing practical skills with a strong academic background.
