Jooyoon Kim

Jooyoon Kim is a Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant at ERM, specializing in consulting for ESG strategy and implementation in the real estate industry. A pioneer in promoting the WELL Building Standard in South Korea, Jooyoon has significantly contributed to the advancement of health and wellness in architecture. They hold a MSc in Health, Wellbeing and Sustainable Buildings from University College London and have an extensive background in sustainability project management, having previously worked at notable firms such as Halla Engineering & Construction and Hanyang University’s Sustainable Building Research Center. As one of the first WELL Accredited Professionals in the country, Jooyoon is dedicated to prioritizing human health in architectural practices.
