Joseph Foley

Joseph Foley is a Senior Consultant at ERM, where tenure began in August 2018, following roles as Consultant II and Consultant I in engineering. Prior experience includes serving as a Geotechnical and Materials Tester/Inspector at Vermont Testing and Consulting Corporation in 2017 and a Civil Engineering Intern at Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission during the summer of 2015. Joseph Foley earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Vermont, completing the degree in 2018, and graduated from Saint Joseph's Preparatory School in 2014.
