Katie Davis has a diverse background in education and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since February 2022, Katie plays a key role in connecting talent with opportunities across a global organization. Prior experience includes six years as the Director of Children's Programs at Grace Church Durango and nearly seven years as a Preschool Teacher for Durango School District 9-R and Farmington Municipal Schools. Katie began her career in education as a Student Teacher at Durango School District 9-R. Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Fort Lewis College, Katie is dedicated to fostering growth and development in both educational and professional environments.
