Kushal Mashru is an experienced professional in the fields of technology and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Managing Partner and Head of Strategic Partnerships at ERM. Prior to this, Kushal held various leadership roles at HSBC, including Global Head of Technology Commercial, Cost and Operations Transformation, and Global Head of Technology Strategic Commercial Partnerships. Kushal's experience also includes significant positions at Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities included Senior Strategy & Transformation Director and Senior Transformation Manager. Kushal earned a BSc (Hons) in Computing for Business from Aston University between 2001 and 2005.
