Lachie McLean is a Principal Consultant in Climate Change and Corporate Sustainability at ERM, where they lead projects across various sectors, specializing in carbon accounting and emissions reduction strategies. With a background in Environmental Science and a focus on wildlife and conservation, they transitioned to climate change to address critical environmental issues. Lachie's past roles include Renewable Energy Consultant at Energy Forms and Environmental Advisor at YMCA Victoria, where they contributed to the establishment of environmental management systems and renewable energy initiatives. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science with First Class Honours from Deakin University.
