Laurie Winter

Laurie Winter is a Renewable Energy Consultant who currently serves as Consulting Director at ERM since 2025. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Consents Manager at BlueFloat Energy and Nadara Partnership from 2023 to 2025. Laurie has also held positions as a Renewables Developer at Innogy Renewables UK and as Consents Manager and Lead Consents Manager at SSE Renewables between 2019 and 2022. Their career in project management began at Natural Power, where they worked from 2013 to 2018. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marine Biology from the University of Stirling and a Master of Science in Marine Resource Development and Protection from Heriot-Watt University.
