Loucky Spit is a social impact consultant with over 12 years of experience in social performance, human rights impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement. Currently positioned as a Managing Consultant at ERM, Loucky provides advisory services in the renewable energy sector across Asia and Australia. Previous roles include Environment and Social Specialist at the Dutch and Asian Development Banks, where they focused on implementing international standards in social impact and environmental governance. Loucky holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam and has participated in various educational programs related to ecosystem restoration and social sciences.
