Lucy Baker

Lucy Baker is a highly experienced professional in environmental planning and assessment, bringing over 30 years of expertise in sustainability, climate change, and environmental management. Currently serving as a Partner at ERM since September 2022, Lucy focuses on facilitating clients' transitions to a net zero carbon energy economy. Prior roles include Technical Director - Environmental at Mott MacDonald, where extensive experience in managing environmental compliance for major infrastructure projects was honed. Lucy has also held senior positions at Laing O'Rourke, Kellogg Brown & Root, Aurecon, and Hyder Consulting, effectively leading interdisciplinary teams and managing environmental business units in both Australia and the UK. Educational qualifications include a Master of Environmental Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Management from Deakin University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney.
