Marijne Kramer

Marijne Kramer is a Managing Consultant specializing in Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change EMEA at ERM, a position they currently hold since 2025. Previously, Marijne served as a Consultant in sustainability solutions at ENGIE Impact, where they focused on integrating sustainability into operational strategies for organizations worldwide. Marijne began their career with positions at Airbnb, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in France, and ENGIE, where they were involved in public policy, economic affairs, and management training. They earned a Master’s degree in Engineering & Policy Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Policy and Management from Technische Universiteit Delft.
