Matt Bowen

Matt Bowen is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a GIS Principal Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since May 2022, Matt previously led the creation of the GIS division at Technical Design Services as GIS Coordinator from December 2010 to May 2022. Previous roles include Senior GIS Analyst at Natural Resources Engineering Company, where responsibilities encompassed supervising GIS operations and managing data sets, and Hazards Section GIS Coordinator at the Wyoming State Geological Survey, focusing on statewide data collection and GIS development. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
