Melissa Pierce

Melissa Pierce, REM, is currently a Consulting Director at ERM, where they began this role in 2024. Previously, they held multiple positions at ERM from 2017 to 2022, culminating as a Senior Consultant. Melissa also worked as a Marine Meteorologist at Wilkens Weather Technologies from 2007 to 2011 and served as a Utility Operator at Wheelabrator Millbury Inc. from 2003 to 2004. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy (1999-2003) and a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology from Plymouth State University (2004-2006).
