Meredith Donate

Meredith Donate, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ERM since August 2022. Meredith collaborates with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and fosters a positive work environment by acting as a trusted advisor to employees and management.
