Michael Conrardy currently serves as the Consulting Director for Climate Change at ERM, where responsibilities include directing evaluations of climate change risks and opportunities, as well as expanding climate change services focused on decarbonization and policy analysis. Previously, Michael was the Sustainability Services Technical Leader for the Americas at AECOM, managing projects related to sustainability and environmental impacts across various sectors, and engaging with regulatory bodies. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Conservation International, where Michael focused on climate change policy research and utilized economic modeling tools for analysis. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Science & Management from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Fullerton.
