Michael Eisenberg

Michael Eisenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in value creation and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Partner and Value Creation Lead at ERM since 2022 and as a Senior Fellow for Private Markets at the World Economic Forum since 2023, Eisenberg has also held notable positions including ESG Integration Head for the New York State Common Retirement Fund and various roles at K2 Integrity. Contributions to industry organizations include membership on the ESG and DE&I Advisory Committee at the Institutional Limited Partners Association and the Infrastructure Advisory Committee at Principles for Responsible Investment. Eisenberg’s early career involved public service in the U.S. House of Representatives, culminating in roles such as Whip Coordinator. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Eisenberg holds a Bachelor's degree in American Government and Politics.
