Michael Voorhees

Michael Voorhees, Ph.D., is a seasoned Senior Consultant and Project Manager at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, with a career spanning several decades in environmental consulting and groundwater modeling. Notable projects include the development of a three-dimensional regional saline fate and transport groundwater model for Qatar and the Senior Consultant role in a review of EPA Class I deep wells waste injection. Prior experience includes significant roles at Environmental Science and Engineering as Project Director, where research led to effective groundwater treatment designs, and at Warzyn Engineering, where a landfill dynamics model and groundwater flow simulations for mining projects were successfully developed. Michael Voorhees holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Colorado State University.
