Mihika Basu

Mihika Basu is a change and transformation consultant with a strong background in communications, change management, and learning and development. At ERM, Mihika leads initiatives in stakeholder engagement, project management, and leadership development. Previously, Mihika contributed to various organizations, including the Houston Chronicle and The Dow Chemical Company, enhancing client relationships and developing impactful campaigns. Mihika holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations/Communications.
