Mike Milano

Mike Milano is a Managing Consultant at ERM, specializing in project management and supervision within the Gulf's Liability, Portfolio Management, and Remediation group, with a focus on site investigation and remediation for property transactions and redevelopments. Mike also serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the Decommissioning, Decontamination and Demolition team and the Mergers and Acquisitions group, handling environmental due diligence. Prior to ERM, Mike worked as a National Client Manager and Project Manager at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc., leading business development and servicing the commercial real estate industry. Mike's experience includes managing diverse projects as a Project Manager at Terracon, encompassing construction quality assurance and environmental site investigation. Education was completed at the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
