Nadine Young

Nadine Young is a Senior Commercial Lead at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, specializing in project planning, budgeting, and innovative problem-solving since July 2019. Prior to this role, Nadine worked at Babcock Australia & New Zealand as a Project Engineer, overseeing capital expenditure projects for Qantas. Additionally, as a Contract Manager at Babcock International Group, responsibilities included managing customer relationships and ensuring contract fulfillment, along with roles as Bid Manager and Business Development Manager focused on vehicle engineering. Early career experience includes Project Manager duties for Heathrow Airport operations and a Graduate Mechanical Engineer position during a rotational program at Babcock. Nadine holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
