Natalie Cefala is an experienced urban planner and managing technical consultant specializing in social sustainability and stakeholder engagement. They have held various roles across multiple organizations, including serving as a managing technical consultant at ERM since 2025, after previously working in similar capacities there from 2022 to 2025 and as an urbanist at Ethos Urban from 2017 to 2019.
